Training and Apprenticeships

Training strategy and training days

It is our strategy to provide as much training as we are able to within the resources of the company and in consideration of operational matters such as disruption.

During the last 12 months, BSW delivered over 520 Individual training courses to a wide range of staff within the organisation. The training is provided within our own Training centre and also at outside venues. This equated to an average of 5 days per employee.
