BSW is pleased to announce a contract award from the London Borough of Southwark through the SEC Framework.
The project, valued at £378,000, involves upgrading the existing Boiler House at Dighton Court. The scope of work includes:
- Replacing the existing boilers, plant, and associated equipment within the boiler house.
- Replacing the existing heating distribution pipework within the boiler house.
- Upgrading and replacing all electrical systems, including cabling, panels, power, switches, sensors, lighting (including emergency lighting), fire alarms, smoke/gas detection, metering, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Conducting structural building works on the existing boiler house and old oil tank room.
