Our team

Michael has worked in the construction and heating industry for the majority of his career. Michael founded BSW Heating Limited in 1962 with his father John. Prior to this he worked for a variety of companies within the heating sector. As our Executive Chairman Michael takes an active role in the day to day operation of the business whilst also running MEAK, the charity he set up with his wife Dee.

After completing a BSc in Construction Management Guy joined a property development company, progressing to Acquisitions Manager. In 1996 he joined BSW Heating Limited as Contracts Director. In this role he set up the Installations Division as well as managing the Contracts Team. In 2003 Guy became Managing Director. In this role Guy provides strategic leadership, working alongside the other board directors.

Matt joined the company in 2017 as Operations Director. In this role he is charged with improving productivity and efficiency across all departments through process improvement and by leveraging new technologies.  He also has sole accountability for IT, HR, Fleet Management and our 24/7 Customer Contact Centre.  Prior to BSW, Matt worked for BP in the Drilling and Subsurface functions for 10 years in a variety of senior management roles, including responsibility for global IT rig services and the implementation of large-scale, complex IT programmes.  He has also worked in the Mobile Telecommunications and Banking sectors.

Olly joined BSW in 2011 as Associate Director, bringing with him 25 years of experience within the Heating industry. In this role he set up the Contract Management team as the BSW portfolio grew. The contracts team supported clients and the contract delivery liaising with internal stakeholders and client management groups. Olly was appointed to the board of Directors in 2019 and in 2022 moved to the role of Business Development Director heading up the engagement activity for BSW and tendering process.

Natalie joined BSW in 2020 as Head of Contracts bringing with her 21 years of experience working within the gas industry in senior roles. Prior to BSW Natalie worked for MPS Housing, Mears and Mitie Property Services. In 2022 Natalie was appointed as Director of Domestic Service and has the responsibility of delivering BSW’s domestic heating contracts . Re-enforcing the company’s focus on performance, quality and customer service. Natalie passionately drives this through every aspect of the business delivery.
